We had a quick stopover in Singapore with just enough time to get out and see a bit of this town.
I'd really like to go back there one day, everything is so clean and you feel really safe.
Apparently Singapore has an unemployment rate of almost 0 and it really shows. There are beautiful gardens everywhere and everything is incredibly well kept.
The only downside was the cost of drinks. Especially after having come from a country where cocktails are $3-4AUD each. It took Nick and I around two drinks each before we had spent $100 on our night out, so we called it quits there.
I bought some amazing clothes, but it didn't take me long to run out of money.
Probably a good thing we were only there for one night!
1. Clark Quay at night. We went out for some dinner and drinks here.
2. Gardens - This was a new attraction which wasn't open until about a week after we were leaving Singapore, but at least we got some shots from above.
3. View of Singapore CBD. This shot was taken from the Marina Bay Sands Resort viewing deck. If you haven't seen an image of the hotel, look it up. The Resort consists of three towers with a boat like structure on top that spans across all three towers.
4. Our Hotel - This place was an amazing boutique hotel called The Club. Our room came complete with colourful disco lights above our bed. It was pretty damn awesome.
