Three Quarters of Hidden Treasure

I found this three quarter size violin hiding in a closet at the family beach house. I'm fairly certain it once belonged to my great great uncle. Step one of restoration is now complete, a good polish and some new strings go a long way. The next step will be filing the pegs down, and fitting a new chin rest. 

This instrument has a beautiful rich tone, I cannot wait to finish bringing it back to life.
