Day 1

So here I am finally writing day one of a blog. I've been procrastinating about this for months and now I'm doing it. I'm still not sure what form this blog will take. I'm sure the be rants and bouts of creativity, but for the most part I'm doing this so my friends and family abroad and back home can see what I'm up to without trawling social networks. And I guess a part of me is hoping it will spark some sort of artistic need to create if I commit to a daily post. With my work hours increasing, I have less and less time to do anything all that productive. I guess only time will tell. But here I am on day one. I guess this is where I post something about what I'm up to. Well tonight I'm going to The Bird, a cool little bar in Perth to see The Floors. If you haven seen them, follow the link and have a look. They're amazing and I really think they have the potential to be the next big live act, I guess like with any musician it really comes down to luck. I just hope they're in the right place at the right time.
